Your Google listing, set up properly and kept up
It's often what a customer sees before they ever reach your website: your name, reviews, photos, hours and a number to ring. If your business can have one, we make sure it's right.
Our work in month one is free, then £350 a month if you choose to continue. No contract. Any ad spend is yours, paid straight to Google or Facebook, and only if you want ads.

What we look at first
- Whose name it's in, and who can edit it. If it isn't yours, that comes first.
- The right category, so Google knows what you actually do.
- Your services and the areas you cover, spelled out.
- Opening hours, including holidays, so nobody turns up to a locked door or rings when you're closed.
- Photos of real work or real premises, not stock pictures.
- Reviews and replies. How many, how recent, and whether each one has an answer.
- Your phone number, and whether it rings you with one tap.
What keeping it up involves
- keeping your services, areas and hours up to date
- adding photos of recent work
- inviting your recent customers to leave an honest review, without picking only the happy ones
- replying to reviews, good or bad
- keeping an eye on edits other people suggest to your listing
Sorting out your Google Business Profile is part of the £350. For £350 a month we run your Google and Facebook ads, sort out your Google Business Profile, build you a website if you don't have one, set it up for Google search (SEO), and set up automatic follow-up for your enquiries. We agree exactly what your business needs before you go ahead.

Reviews, the right way
Invite your recent customers to leave an honest review, without picking only the happy ones, and reply to every review, including the bad ones. A calm, polite reply to a complaint can say more about you than five stars.
We never buy, fake or reward reviews, or ask only the customers we expect to be happy. It's against Google's rules, and it can get a listing suspended. If anyone offers you a quick way to more reviews, that's the risk.
When you reply to a review, you're following up a customer. How enquiry follow-up works
What we can't promise
Where you appear on Google depends on where the person searching is, what they type, and what other businesses nearby do. Nobody controls that, so we won't promise you a position. What we can do is make sure your listing is complete, accurate and kept up, so you're giving yourself the best chance.
Who can have a listing
Google gives listings to businesses that meet customers face to face, either at your premises or at theirs. If your business only works online, you usually can't have one. If that's you, we'll work on the other parts of your plan instead. See who we work with
What's yours
The listing belongs to your business, in your name. We get manager access only, and you can remove it at any time.
Google listing questions
I didn't set my listing up. Can I get it back?
Usually, yes. Google has a process for asking for ownership of a listing, and we'll take you through it. It can take a while if whoever controls it now doesn't reply.
Can I hide my home address?
Yes, if you go to your customers. Your listing can show the areas you cover instead of an address. If customers come to you, the address needs to show so they can find you.
How long before I see a difference?
It varies, and we won't give you a date. Some fixes are quick to make. Reviews and photos build up over months. And where you show up also depends on what other businesses near you are doing.
