Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Growth Works collects when you get in touch with us, including through our website and our Facebook and Instagram forms, what we use it for, and your rights.
1. Who we are
Growth Works is the trading name of GROWTHWORKS CONSULTING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16947397. Registered office: Office 2 Falcon House, Albion Mills, Hutson Street, Bradford, BD5 7LZ.
We are the controller of the personal information described here. For anything to do with your information, email info@growth-works.co.uk.
2. What we collect
- When you fill in one of our forms (on this website, Facebook or Instagram): your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you give, such as what your business does, what you need help with and the best time to call.
- Where you came from. When you use the form on this website, it also records the page you filled it in on and, if you clicked an ad or a link to get here, which one. This tells us which of our ads and pages are working.
- When we speak to you by phone, email or WhatsApp: notes of what you tell us about your business, so we can prepare your plan.
- If you become a client: the details we need to do the work and invoice you.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

| Send you marketing messages | Only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Replies to your own enquiry are not marketing |
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
5. Who else handles it
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp): when you use a form or message us on their apps. Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Netlify: our website host, which also receives and stores the forms you fill in on this website.
- Our email provider: to store and send our emails.
- Our accountant: if you become a client, for invoices and accounts.
Some of these providers process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's international data transfer agreement.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: three years after last contact, then deleted. If we never managed to speak, the three years run from when we received your enquiry.
- Client records (non-financial, such as your plan, notes and work records): for as long as we work together, then three years after we stop working together, then deleted.
