What we do

One plan, built around your business, not a menu.

This is one service, not a list to pick from. For £350 a month we run your Google and Facebook ads, sort out your Google Business Profile, build you a website if you don't have one, set it up for Google search (SEO), and set up automatic follow-up for your enquiries. We agree exactly what your business needs before you go ahead. Your first month starts with a plan, and the plan decides which of these are worth doing for your business. Some plans use a few of them, some use all of them. Whatever we set up is in your name.

Ads at the top of Google when someone searches for what you do, in the area you cover. You pay Google each time someone clicks.

Worth it when: people search for what you do when they need it, often urgently, and you can answer the phone and get to them, or fit them in.

Not worth it when: you're already fully booked, you can't answer calls, or the budget is too small to give your area a fair test. If that's you, we'll say so.

What's yours: the ad account is in your name and billed to your card. The ads, the history and the settings stay with you.

Facebook and Instagram ads

Ads in people's Facebook and Instagram feeds, shown to people in the area you cover. They see you before they start searching.

Worth it when: people plan the purchase rather than need it today, like an extension, a new kitchen, a course of treatments or a garden makeover, and you've got photos of real work to show.

Not worth it when: most of your work is emergencies, because people tend to search Google for those. Or when you've nothing to show yet.

What's yours: the ad account and your Facebook Page. Any enquiry forms send people's details to you.

Websites and landing pages

A simple website, or a single page for an ad, that says what you do, where you do it, and how to get hold of you. Built for a phone first, because that's where people will look at it.

Worth it when: you haven't got a site, your site doesn't say what you do or where, or people can't ring or book from it with one tap. When the work is hard to show in words, photos of real work matter.

Not worth it when: what you've got already works. Then we fix what needs fixing and leave the rest alone.

What's yours: the website, the words, the photos and the web address, all in your name. If you need a domain, hosting or a paid tool, it's set up in your name and paid by you, because it's yours.

Showing up on Google search

We set your website up so Google can understand what you do and where you do it: clear pages for your services and the areas you cover, the right words in the right places, and a site that works properly on a phone. That way it can show up when people search, not only when you pay for ads.

Worth it when: people search for what you do in your area, and you'd like to be found there without paying for every click.

Not worth it when: you need work this week. Search builds up over time, so ads or your Google listing usually come first, and the plan will say so.

What's yours: the website and everything on it, in your name. We can't promise where you'll appear. That depends on what people search, where they are, and what other businesses near you do.

Your Google listing

Your Google Business Profile is the box with your name, reviews, photos and phone number that can show up in Google Maps and search. If your business can have one, we set it up or sort it out: the right services and area, real photos, and inviting recent customers to leave honest reviews, and replying to them. It stays in your name, and we get manager access.

Knowing where your enquiries come from

Simple tracking, so you can see which calls, forms and messages came from Google, Facebook, your website or your listing. It's part of the £350.

Worth it when: you're paying for ads, or you want to know which parts of your marketing are worth keeping.

Not worth it when: all your work comes by word of mouth and you're not planning to change that.

What's yours: the accounts behind it, like Google Analytics, are in your name. Every month we report in plain English: what came in, where from, and what it cost.

Following up every enquiry

This is the part most marketing skips. More enquiries only help if they're answered, quoted quickly and followed up. We set up automations, systems and simple processes: automatic replies to missed calls, quote reminders, and one place for every enquiry, so each one gets followed up.

What we don't do

So you know where you stand: we don't run your social media accounts, design logos or branding, do PR, or make videos. If you need any of those, we'll tell you, and you'll need someone else for that part.
