Your first month
What's the catch?
There isn't a hidden one. We'd rather show you than promise you. If the first month's work is useful, you carry on. If it isn't, you stop and keep the plan and anything we've built.
Our work in month one is free, then £350 a month if you choose to continue. No contract. Any ad spend is yours, paid straight to Google or Facebook, and only if you want ads.
What happens after the first month?
Around three weeks in, we have a catch-up call to go through everything we've done and built, and then you decide. Carry on at £350 a month, with no contract. Or stop, and keep the plan and anything we've built. We won't chase you. How the first month works
Do I need to give card or bank details to start?
No. We don't charge for our work in month one, and we don't ask for card or bank details for our fee at the start. Payment is set up only if you choose to continue.
Price and contract
How much is it after the first month?
£350 a month, if you choose to continue. That's the full price: no VAT is added. For £350 a month we run your Google and Facebook ads, sort out your Google Business Profile, build you a website if you don't have one, set it up for Google search (SEO), and set up automatic follow-up for your enquiries. We agree exactly what your business needs before you go ahead. Any ad spend, and your own domain, hosting and paid tools, are separate. See the price in full
How do I cancel?
No contract: no minimum term, stop whenever you like. There's no notice period. Just tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Everything we've set up is already in your name, so there's nothing to hand back.
Are there any setup fees or extras?
There are no setup fees. The only other costs are paid to other people, not us: ad spend if you want ads. If you need a domain, hosting or a paid tool, it's set up in your name and paid by you, because it's yours. We'll always tell you about a cost before it happens.
Ad spend
Do I have to run ads?
No. Ads are optional. Some plans start with your Google listing, your website or how enquiries are followed up, and none of those need any ad spend.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Google or Facebook, from an ad account in your name. It doesn't pass through us, and it isn't part of our fee. You set the budget, and you can change or stop it at any time. Before anything is spent, we'll tell you what we'd suggest and why.
What you own
Do I own the website and accounts?
Yes. Anything we build is yours, and so is the plan. It's set up in your name, and we get partner or manager access to do the work. If you stop, you take our access away and keep the lot. If you need a domain, hosting or a paid tool, it's set up in your name and paid by you, because it's yours.
Working together
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We don't promise a fixed number of leads or a place on Google. Results depend on things no agency fully controls, like your area, your competition, the season and how quickly enquiries are answered. What we do guarantee: everyone we speak to gets a written plan, whether they work with us or not.
Do you work with my kind of business?
Almost certainly. We work with trades and local businesses of every kind: anyone whose customers find them nearby. If you're not sure, ask us. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so straight away, and you'll still get a short written plan. See who we work with
Who will I be dealing with?
One person, from the first call to the work itself.
Why isn't there a photo of the team?
We keep the people behind the business out of our marketing. It's a choice, not a place to hide. Our company details are on every page, you can check us on Companies House, and you'll speak to a real person on the first call. We'd rather you judged us on the plan and the work.
Do you work with businesses anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses across the UK, by phone, WhatsApp and email. Nothing we do needs us to visit.
Your details
What do you do with my details?
We use them to call you about your plan, and to do the work if you become a client. We don't sell them or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. Full details are in our privacy policy.
